Code of Ethics
 A formal statement of the organization's values regarding ethics and social issues.
It can be achieve through behavior in accordance with six virtues:

- Integriy
 
- Respect
 
- Trust
 
- Responsibility
 
- Citizenship
 
Being honest means choosing not to lie, steal, cheat, or deceive in any 
way. When you are honest, you build strength of character that will 
allow you to be of great service to God and others. You will be blessed 
with peace of mind and self-respect.
Closely associated with honesty is integrity. Integrity means thinking 
and doing what is right at all times, no matter what the consequences. 
When you have integrity, you are willing to live by your standards and 
beliefs even when no one is watching. Choose to live so that your 
thoughts and behavior are always in harmony with the gospel.

Integrity
 is about conduct;  honesty is 
about adherence to the facts.
 
Honesty and integrity are co related terms. Honesty means the act of 
being honest to something or somebody. Honest means giving the actual 
and real facts. It means to say the truth and be free of any kind of bad
 vice. Honesty means to not to hide anything and be open about it. The 
act of honesty is always rewarded. People trust and respect a person who
 is honest to other people. Integrity on the other hand means abiding 
and supporting your morals and ethics. It means to be free of any 
malpractices. It means to treat others with humanism. People with no 
morals in life lack integrity. People only respect those who have a 
sound belief.
